United Way Northern New Mexico is seeking a motivated, collaborative, and community-rooted Regional Hub Coordinator to help power a growing movement of youth-focused change-makers across Northern New Mexico. This part-time, contract position is the heartbeat of our Northern New Mexico Youth Fund (NNMYF) grantee cohort—a dynamic circle of nonprofits working to uplift opportunity youth, young parents, and youth through bold, equity-driven programming.

As the Regional Hub Coordinator, you won’t just coordinate meetings—you’ll build momentum. You’ll foster deep collaboration, connect organizations to transformative resources, and help tell the powerful story of youth resilience and community innovation in our region. You’ll have the opportunity to lead from behind the scenes—organizing, amplifying, guiding, and celebrating as grantees grow their capacity and impact.
