Clara Moulton, Resource Hub Coordinator
Clara is a community collaborator and dynamic leader with over 13 years of experience guiding youth development, conservation, and public lands policy non-profits in mission-driven, sustainable impact. As Resource Hub Coordinator, Clara serves as the central connector and capacity-builder for the Northern New Mexico Youth Fund (NNMYF) Grantee Cohort - an inspiring group of youth-serving organizations working to uplift opportunity youth, young parents, and youth of color across Northern New Mexico. With extensive experience in coalition facilitation, resource mobilization, and non-profit administration; Clara delights in work that centers community knowledge to address community needs through a relationship forward, collaborative, and intersectional approach. Outside of the Resource Hub, they enjoy crafting creative creations via clay, fabric, or paint; growing flowers and food on their farm; or romping through the beautiful landscapes of the southwest with their wife and 3 dogs.

Providing Strategic Support
United Way of Northern New Mexico serves as the official regional Resource Hub for the Northern New Mexico Youth Fund.
The Resource Hub provides strategic resources to a cohort of Tribes, nonprofit organizations, and schools focused on career technical education, work-based learning, leadership development and transition supports for underserved young people, especially opportunity youth (individuals between the ages of 16 and 24 who are neither enrolled in school nor participating in the workforce), Native American youth, and young parents of young children. This strategic support includes:
Facilitating peer learning sessions and technical assistance
Offering tailored capacity-building support
Helping grantees secure additional funding
Strengthening alignment across the Northern NM Pathways to Opportunity Strategy Table
By organizing and energizing this network of 19 grantees, the Resource Hub aims to break down silos, share what works, and dismantle systemic barriers that have long limited opportunity for youth and families across the region.
The Northern New Mexico Youth FUnd - Transforming Outcomes for Youth
The Northern New Mexico Youth Fund (NNMYF) pools philanthropic and public funding to provide grants of 50-100k to each grantee. This is an initiative that aims to transform outcomes for youth and young adults by investing in organizations that understand the challenges, and potential, within their communities.
