The lowrider bike program at the Española Teen Center was selected to have an exhibit at the Museum of Spanish Colonial Art. The teens spent many months customizing bikes that were on display. “I met new people and it made me realize that you need to work hard to accomplish great things.”

Marta has tutored hundreds of children throughout the years. From sitting under a table with a student until they were comfortable to opening the world of new books and topics to students outpacing their peers, Marta is a true gem in the Embudo Valley
